What happens to your quote request

Toronto Flooring Pros asks for the least it needs to call you back about a floor. This page sets out exactly what that is, where it goes and how to ask us about it.

Last updated October 7, 2026.

What the quote form collects

  • Your name and phone number, which the form needs so we can call you.
  • Anything you choose to type in the optional project details box.
  • If you arrived from a link that already named a service, area, property type, size or timing, that selection travels with the request, along with the name of the page you sent it from.

The form does not ask for your address, email, payment details or photos. Nothing is charged online. The address comes up when we arrange the measure, and only for that visit.

How it reaches us

When you press send, the website passes the request to an email delivery service, Resend, which delivers it to our business inbox. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are United States companies, so your request may be processed and stored outside Canada. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps short-lived technical request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

If you call or text (647) 952-1717, the call is carried by our telephone provider and may be forwarded to whoever is handling enquiries that day. If you email torontoflooringpros@gmail.com, the message is held in that email account.

What we use it for

To call you back, arrange the free measure, prepare and follow up on your written quote, and, if you go ahead, schedule and carry out the work and deal with any warranty question afterwards. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add quote requests to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. It does not ask for your location.

How long we keep it

A quote request is kept while it is useful for the quote. If you become a customer, the job record, including your contact details and what was installed, is kept for the warranty period and for our business records. You can ask us to delete a request that did not turn into a job at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing torontoflooringpros@gmail.com or calling (647) 952-1717. If you are not satisfied with our answer, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada explains your rights under federal privacy law.
